🐾 Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you and your pup to love every item you receive from us. If something doesn’t work out, we offer returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify, items must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Be free from pet hair, odor, or visible wear

Be reported for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for items that appear worn or used.

We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of wear, pet hair, or misuse.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem.

Just email us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll help you with a size exchange (if inventory allows).

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges unless the issue was due to our error (for example, incorrect or defective item shipped).

We will provide a return shipping label and send the replacement item once the return is received and approved.

A shipping invoice will be sent via email and must be paid before the exchange is processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).

We will provide a return shipping label for all returns. A shipping invoice will be sent via email and must be paid before the return is processed. Once the item is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Final Sale Items

Customized, clearance, or seasonal/holiday items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will always be noted on the product page.

If your item arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment error on our part, we’ll gladly make it right.

📦 Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are final sale and not eligible for cancellation or refund, as items are made or ordered specifically based on customer demand. All pre-order items will be clearly marked as pre-orders on the product page to avoid confusion. If your item arrives damaged or there’s a fulfillment error on our part, we’ll gladly make it right.

📩 To Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at info@pawrmony.com within 3 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. We will provide return instructions and a shipping invoice, if applicable.

Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
