We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and packaged within 1–5 business days. During peak seasons or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to get your order out quickly!
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part. For full details, please see our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
Important Reminders
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address submissions.
• We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been placed, so please confirm all information is correct.
Carrier Delays & Lost Packages
Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen items during transit.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
⏳ Pre-Orders
We offer select items on pre-order, which means the item is not yet in stock and will ship at a later date.
Items labeled as pre-order will include an estimated shipping window on the product page. Pre-orders ship separately from in-stock items and are typically fulfilled within 2–4 weeks, depending on production schedules.
Please note: Pre-orders are fulfilled specifically based on customer demand and are final sale (not eligible for cancellation or refund). If your item arrives damaged or if we make an error in fulfillment, we’ll gladly make it right.
